There are several pinchos recipes you will fall in love when you try them at home. Here are three top recipes that you need to taste at least once in your life:


Puerto Rican Pinchos Recipe


  • 4 pounds of boneless chicken thighs.
  • One tablespoon of Adobo seasoning.
  • Two packets of Sazon with annatto seasoning.
  • Two tablespoon of dried oregano.
  • One tablespoon of Olive oil.
  • 1/3 cup of Barbecue sauce.
  • Bamboo skewers or metal.

Instructions for the Puerto Rican Pinchos Recipe

  • Cut the chicken thighs into small chops and set them in a large sized bag.
  • Season the chicken with Sazon, adobo, olive oil, and oregano.
  • Pack the bag and put it in a refrigerator for approximately one hour.
  • Attach the chicken on to the skewers, but not too tightly.
  • Fire the grill to a standard heat, and extend the pinchos in one layer along the racks.
  • Roast them for almost 15 minutes until the chicken changes to a golden brown color.
  • Slather with the barbecue sauce.
  • Serve them with some fried plantains or crusty bread slices.

Ingredients for this Pincho Recipe

  • 1 pound of Pork tenderloin.
  • One teaspoon of Ground cumin.
  • One teaspoon of Ground coriander.
  • One teaspoon of dried oregano.
  • One teaspoon of Paprika.
  • One teaspoon of Turmeric.
  • One teaspoon of Fennel seeds.
  • One teaspoon of Ground allspice.
  • One teaspoon of Cinnamon.
  • One teaspoon of Salt.
  • One tablespoon of Lemon juice.
  • One tablespoon of Olive oil.
  • Three Black peppers.


Instructions for the Morunos Pinchos Recipe

  • Cut the pork into approximately 1.5 inch/3cm dice. Hold the pork tenderloin properly, slice in half lengthwise and then chop into slices.
  • Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients; Olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt and all the spices (coriander, cumin, paprika, oregano, fennel seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, and allspice) to make a paste.
  • Combine the diced pork in the paste and coat it. Cool for almost 2 hours.
  • Attach the pork onto the metal or skewers. Heat each side on the grill for almost 10 minutes.
  • Serve it with salad, pan tomato, and tortilla and appreciate the food.


Barcelona style Pinchos Recipes


  • 12 slices of baguette.
  • 75 grams of goat cheese.
  • 1/4 cup of cream cheese.
  • One chopped scallion.
  • One tablespoon pepper jelly.
  • One roasted red pepper.
  • 12 Manzanilla olives.
  • 12 slices of chorizo.

Instructions for the Barcelona style Pincho Recipes

  • Initiate the process by placing the red pepper jelly, scallions and cheeses in a food processor. Prepare all the ingredients until they are thoroughly mixed.
  • Slice the baguette and put slices on to a cooking pan and bake them in a microwave on low broil for almost 5 minutes until they are slightly crispy.
  • Get the bread out of the microwave and put on a plate. Make it cool for a minute. While the bread is cooling, slice the chorizo and pepper.
  • Rub each piece with the cream cheese. Arrange the slice of chorizo along with the part of roasted pepper and place a toothpick through an olive, then through the left of the pinchos.
  • Serve instantly.
